Spring-Loaded Latches with 3/8" diameter pin (for a 1/2" diameter hole) & Loop Pull
Commonly used to secure loading ramps, dividers and folding rear tack doors.
To lock in an open position, pull the 3/8" diameter steel pin in & insert the catch into the middle hole. Four pre-drilled holes in base, attaches with 4 screws.
Choice of aluminum base w/ stainless steel pin, or zinc/steel base w/ steel pin.
Spring-Loaded Latch: Base is 3"L X 1 1/2" W. Screw centers on width are 1" apart. Screw centers on length are 1 7/8" apart. The pin length is 7" long and has a looped handle end. The usable pin length of 1 1/2", and retracts to 1/2" .
Aluminum Latch: Aluminum base is 3 1/4"L X 1 1/2" W. Screw centers on width are 1" apart. Screw centers on length are 1 3/4" apart. The total stainless steel pin is 6 3/4" L, and it has a L shaped handle w/ a vinyl grip. The usable pin length is 1 7/8" long, and retracts to 1/4".
