Inside Release Knob ONLY
This is the knob that screws into a small hole on the back of the bolt of a flush mount latch, and other trailer latches.
It is used to slide the latch open open from inside the trailer compartment. You should always have this option available if there is any chance a person or child could fit in the compartment. Otherwise, it's almost impossible to get out from the inside.
The threads look like a 14X20 machine screw. The "neck" on the long knob is 1 1/4", with the neck on the round knob measuring only 1/2". the actual thread length on both are 3/8".
