VGF114  Fits a standard cam bar, in steel or aluminum:  1/4" Thick X 1 1/4" Wide X 5 1/4" long, w/ rounded end

VGF114XL  Fits a XL Cam Bar, usually in HD aluminum: 3/8" Thick X 1 1/4" Wide X 5 1/2" long, w/ rounded end

There are many other uses for these "grips"---sometimes they are used to cover sharp edges or electrical connections, such as on GPS dog collars.
