L Handle, Locking (Old Style)
This is a locking L Handle, but in the OLD STYLE, where the screw centers are 1 1/2" apart, instead of the newer style, which are 1 3/4" apart (measure carefully)! Beautiful chrome, with a 1/4" X 2 1/2" long square shaft that goes through the door to operate a slam latch on the inside. You don't have to replace the slam latch, which is probably welded on anyway. Any extra material on the inside gets sawed off, so the door can be various thicknesses.
