Custom, Made to Order Pads
Horse Trailer Breast or Butt Pad, SELF-WRAP Kit
This is a custom-sewn product, designed for square or rectangle-shaped breast bars OR round bars that have welded or flattened end attachments which prevent a finished round pad from being slipped on the butt bar from the side. The maximum perimeter or circumference bar measurement allowed for these pads is 8".(8" circumference = about 2 1/2" diameter of a round bar OR the perimeter measurement of a 2" X 1" rectangle bar). Bars that measure over 8" circumference or perimeter will be charged $2. per inch more.

The SELF-WRAP PAD KIT consists of:
1 inch thick high-density foam pad cut to fit around the perimeter of your bar. You will fasten it on with duct tape or zip ties (not included / your choice).
A vinyl cover that will be custom sewn to the circumference measurement that you provide (a 8" circumference BAR is the largest without extra charge ) and the length measurement you choose from the choices below. This cover will have 1 inch of covering that overlaps on the ends, with nylon strings installed that can be hand-gathered and tied to hide the edges of the foam. This keeps the pad cleaner & looks more professional.
Measure carefully--the Velcro fastener strip overlaps 2", so there is only a little room for adjustment at the bottom.
Choose 24", 26", 28" , 30" or 32", 34" or 36" long. Then measure around the bar you want to cover. This will be your bar's circumference measurement. We will send you the correct amount of foam & a professionally-sewn cover to match.
