Trailer
Safety Screens with 6 Strap Attachments, Custom-Sewn to your measurements
Expect screens in about 4 weeks
These trailer screens are custom sewn EXACTLY to your measurements, and are attached to your trailer wall on the inside of the window. Optimally, the screens should be sewn 1 1/2" larger than the window opening, all the way around, so that the nylon frame won't interfere with airflow to the horse. There should be another 1/2" of trailer wall available next to the frame for mounting the strap loop hardware that the straps attach to. (It helps to have a smooth wall around your window.) The hook & loop straps will loop through the hardware & fasten to the matching hook & loop straps on the outside of the screen. This gives a smooth, tight surface on the horse side, and he has nothing to mess with. These screens help to control the environment of your trailer, keeping out insects, pebbles & other road debris. You can choose to have them made with a center zipper, if you need to reach in to untie or offer water to your horse. Zippers will stay attached to the screen at the top when opened & fasten shut at the bottom. All materials are top-of the line: industrial trailer screen & thread, strong pliable nylon frames, industrial hook & loop straps & industrial zippers. You will need one KIT for each NEW screen, consisting of 6 strap loops & attachment 12 screws.
Tools: Measuring tape, pen & pad. Measure at least 1 1/2" past each window opening, in both directions. Decide
